Double decker buses in a rowIts contemplative, not emo.
But whatever. Haha.
On a side note, I finally got my THREADLESS shirts yesterday(after such a long wait) :)
I like double-decked buses. As well as sitting at the very front of the bus. It makes me feel like I'm on the top of the world, where i can pretend that I'm driving the bus/ laugh at the bus driver's lousy driving skills. On the top of the bus it feels like I'm in a safe little bubble where nothing can get at me, except my thoughts.
I especially like looking at the top of bustops where tree branches usually fall onto and where ants make their nests. And also when the branches slap against the window of the bus when it moves along the path home and gives me a shock.
Today it was raining. In the rain, everything had a surreal feel to it. Rain droplets were just skidding down the windows in a rhythmic manner and everything outside was stained with a certain mistiness and coolness to it. The view of the bustop tops were also quite different. The rain puddles were gathering on it and any moment now it would just make the big drop onto an unknowing person's head. It looked like one of those sweet machines in an arcade with the big scoop where little children put shiny $1 coins in the machine to get 30cents worth of sweets. Such a rip-off. But anyway. It was one of those days where I can just sit like a agar blob and look at the world in motion.
So very lonelyMaybe one day I'll sit on Bus 5 with a notebook propped in my arms and just write.
As inspiration demands.
In hope that I do not get bus-sick.
Hmmm.
