Just want to say, thanks everyone :)Today was nothing short of awesome. Random people just stuck their heads into class and yelled Happy Birthday. Pretty embarrassing but sweet, i know.
Just want to thank a few (groups of) people:
1. Nigel, Han, Treyvis, Kai siang and Glenn for the sweet phone call at 1230am which woke my sister up just to wish me happy birthday. You guys are the BOMB :D
2. My super longtime friend Ashley who remembered after all these years since p4. :)
3. VACH, EMC2 and MS for the wonderful meal we had to celebrate. Love you all <3
4. Everyone else who wished me :)
The people who wished me was people whom i did not expect to do so, and on a sadder note, vice versa too.
But until its 12am, let the magic take effect until it wears off tomorrow :)

Juggling PW and housework, as well as settling meals outside was extremely tough, and i slept late every night. Never knew that being a teenager-sitter could be so tough.
Finished reading the books i borrowed from the library today :)

Retreat
(solo) retreat was nothing revolutionary, neither was it bombastic. Rather, it felt like a one and a half hour holiday. Just being with the Creator and His created was nothing short of awesome.
I should do this more often :)

Somehow i really need a retreat.
Somewhere at pasir ris beach.
Somewhere where i can be alone,
with my raging thoughts
but most of all,
with God.
A gust of wind blew and swept the balloon string out of the boy's hands. The balloon bobbed along the current of the wind, a multicoloured myriad of colours, and floated along the blue horizon of a sky.
The little boy's faint whisper was lost over the sounds of the rushing crowd.

And my enjoyment of the post-promos break would be summarised in one word: boredom.
My days were simply spent reading novels after novels, curled up in my dad's chair.
I love reading, i still do.
